After payment, you can print the receipt.
Parking Machines are available in zones A, B, C, D, F, G, and H. Use the interactive map on our website to easily find the nearest machine.
No, printing the receipt is optional. To reduce paper usage, you can skip printing. Your payment will still be recorded by the system.
If the machine is unavailable, you can still pay using one of the following methods:
- Find a nearby machine using the map on our website.
- Pay online via our website or app.
- Use SMS by sending your vehicle details and parking zone to 7275.
After payment, the machine will display a confirmation message. If you print the receipt, it serves as proof of payment, but your transaction is logged even without it.
- Select Cash Payment on the machine.
- Enter your vehicle plate details (source, code, and number).
- Specify and confirm the parking duration.
- Insert the amount in one-dirham or half-dirham coins.
- Confirm your payment and choose whether to print the receipt or not.
- The machine issues an electronic ticket.
- If you choose to print a receipt, it’s for reference only and doesn’t need to be displayed on your dashboard.
