Citizens holding a Family Data and residing in paid public parking areas
1- Copy of the title deed or tenancy contract approved by Ejari
2- Copy of the vehicle ownership certificate of the house owner, his first degree relative, or tenant
- Your parking permit is linked to the vehicle and its corresponding ownership certificate that’s in your name or in the name of a first degree relative such as spouse or children.
- Your parking permit can be linked to a different number of vehicles based on your residence size:
- 1-bedroom flat or studio: 2 vehicles
- 2-bedroom flat + living room: 3 vehicles
- 3-bedroom flat + living room: 4 vehicles
- Villa or 4+ bedroom flat + living room: 5 vehicles
The permit is only valid for public parking spots surrounding the residence within a 500m radius.
You can add only one vehicle per permit.
