• Your subscription covers 5 vehicles under the same Traffic File, but only 1 vehicle can be parked at a time. Standard tariff prices apply for any additional vehicles parked simultaneously.
• You can use the multistorey parking for a maximum of 30 consecutive days. If you exceed this duration, you receive a fine of AED 500.
• The subscription is issued on first-come first-served basis and on Parkin evaluation.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable.
• Abide by the traffic laws and don't disrupt the traffic flow.
• You can't use your subscription to park in reserved parking spaces or those allocated to other parties.
• If you park the wrong way, you receive a fine of AED 200.
• If you park in reserved parking spaces, you receive a fine of AED 1,000.
• If you don't pay the fees within 14 days, the application will be automatically cancelled.

Q: How does a multistorey parking system work?
A: Multistorey parking is ticketless. Your plate number is automatically scanned when you drive in. You can pay using:

• On-site payment machines (cash or card)
• Parkin app
• Online at parkin.ae before or after your visit.

Q: Can I use my multistorey parking subscription to park in public parking spaces?

• Al Ghubaiba Building: Al Nahda Street, near the intersection between Al Nahda Street, 26th Street, and 11th street (the building is also close to Ghubaiba Road and Al Rashidiya Medical Fitness Center).
• Al Satwa Building: Satwa Street, near Satwa Bus Station.
• Naif Building: Naif Street, across from Naif Police Station.
• Baniyas Building: On the intersection between Baniyas Road, 14th Street, and Al-Sabkha Road.
• Oud Metha Building: Near Oud Metha Bus Station.

Q: Can I park in multistorey buildings if I don't have a subscription, and how much do I have to pay?

A: Yes, you can park in the multistorey buildings without a subscription and pay through the Pay on Foot machines or payment windows. Fees and fines are as follows:

• AED 5.25 including VAT per hour.
• AED 42 including VAT per day.

A: After payment, you’ll have a 20-minute grace period to exit without extra charges, giving you plenty of time to reach your vehicle and leave comfortably.
