- Your subscription is only valid for Dubai Hills public parking (zone 631G).
- You can link only 1 vehicle to your subscription.
- Parking isn’t guaranteed with the subscription; it’s subject to availability.
- You can't use your subscription to reserve a parking space or park in reserved parking spaces.
- You can’t transfer, assign, or subcontract your subscription to any third party without Parkin prior written approval.
- Public parking spaces and equipment must be preserved from harm or damage.
- You mustn't damage or tamper with public parking spaces and equipment.
- Parkin reserves the right to cancel or change your subscription at any time for misuse or repeated violations, with no refund.
Q. Can I use the Roadside and plots subscription card for parking spaces located in the Developers areas (Tecom area, Dubai Silicon Oasis, etc.)?
A: No, you can't. Parking is only allowed in zones A and C for roadside and in zones B and D for plots, depending on your subscription.

A: Yes, but you can't activate it before the previous one expires.

A: Al Ghubaiba Building: Al Nahda Street, near the intersection between Al Nahda Street, 26th Street, and 11th Street (the building is also close to Ghubaiba Road and Al Rashidiya Medical Fitness Center).
Al Satwa Building: Satwa Street, near Satwa Bus Station.
Naif Building: Naif Street, across from Naif Police Station.
Baniyas Building: on the intersection between Baniyas Road, 14th Street, and Al-Sabkha Road.
