1- Vehicle details
- Your subscription is only valid for roadside parking within zone codes A and C and plot parking with zone codes B and D.
- Up to three vehicles can be added to the subscription under the same traffic file from Dubai, with only one vehicle active at a time.
- You can switch between vehicles every 30 minutes.
- Only one vehicle can be added if all vehicles in your traffic file are registered outside Dubai.
- Only one vehicle can be added if the traffic file is from outside Dubai, other countries, or if the vehicles are registered under a company file.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable.
- Heavy vehicles, including trucks, buses, and pickups, cannot be added.
- A fee of AED 100 is required to modify any vehicle information linked to your subscription.
- You cannot downgrade your subscription from the side parking category to the lot parking category only.
- This subscription is not valid in areas with other codes, such as H, J, or K.
Q: Can I use the Roadside and plots subscription card for parking spaces located in the Developers areas (Tecom area, Dubai Silicon Oasis, etc.)?
A: No, you can't. Parking is only allowed in roadside parking spaces in zones A and C and parking plots in zones B and D, depending on your subscription.
Q: Can I buy a Roadside and plots subscription card if I already have an active one?
A: Yes, but you can't activate it before the previous one expires.
