Vehicle rental companies and dealerships

1. Trade licence issued by the Department of Economy and Tourism for the vehicle rental company or dealership, specifying the relevant activity to be carried out
2. Tenancy contract

• A maximum of 3 parking spaces can be reserved on each side based on Parkin assessment.
• You're allowed to use the parking spaces for the designated activity only. Any other activity is strictly forbidden.
• Ensure that traffic isn't disrupted.
• Parking spaces must be directly across or adjacent to the front of your shop.
• It's prohibited to damage or destroy the public parking and its equipment.
• Parkin may cancel or amend the details and conditions of your permit if there are adverse effects on the surrounding environment, traffic flow, or due to infrastructure works in Dubai.
• If you don't wish to renew the permit, you must cancel it through the Parkin website or app to remove the signs and ground markings and avoid fines.
• If the permit is cancelled due to public projects, the remaining amount will be refunded. However, if the cancellation is requested by the permit holder or due to adverse impacts on the surrounding environment or traffic flow, no refund will be made.
• Make sure you don't block or obstruct the access of the authorities concerned to their infrastructure facilities and assets, such as inspection chambers, signs, and control devices. 
• You may be required by the relevant department to submit a letter of undertaking to stop the activity and remove the equipment if requested by Parkin or other service providers, and to allow service providers to carry out their activities in the affected areas if necessary and to maintain the existing infrastructure assets. 
• If you don't pay the fees within 14 days, the application will be automatically cancelled.
• You must pay insurance to cover public property damage repair if requested by Parkin and at the department's discretion. Each case will be handled individually.
• You must comply with the terms and conditions included in the reservation card.
