Valet service

Valet parking companies licensed in Dubai and having a valid agreement with hotels, banks, and hospitals, as well as with restaurants of more than 2,000 square feet

1. Trade licence issued by the Department of Economy and Tourism for the valet parking company, specifying the relevant activity to be carried out
2. Trade licence of the facility issued by the Department of Economy and Tourism
3. Preliminary contract between the valet parking company and the facility benefiting from the services
4. Plan showing the location of the vehicle parking area to be approved and the route of the collected vehicles to this area
5. Valid title deed or tenancy contract of the facility benefiting from your valet services
6. A pledge by the valet parking company to provide its services to anyone who needs them at reasonable fees

• Collect the vehicles from public parking spaces and not from vehicle lanes or any other area not designated for this purpose.
• You must reserve at least 2 parking spaces for traffic safety.
• The valet service provider must allocate parking spaces for vehicles collected from customers.
• If the parking is subject to fees, internal parking spaces must be provided for customers’ vehicles, or private parking plots must be used. If public paid parking is used, the parking fees must be paid according to the approved tariff.
• You can't park vehicles in paid or unpaid public parking spaces surrounding citizens' residences.
• The service is only available for light vehicles through approved companies.
• Parkin has the right to request a traffic study to assess any potential negative impact of the activity, in order to ensure smooth traffic flow in the area.
• You can't make any modifications to the road furniture at the vehicle collection point or at the parking area, without obtaining approval from Parkin. 
• Parkin may cancel or amend the details and conditions of your permit if there are adverse effects on the surrounding environment, traffic flow, or due to infrastructure works in Dubai. 
• If you don't wish to renew the permit, you must cancel it through the Parkin website or app to remove the signs and ground markings and avoid fines.
• If the permit is cancelled due to public projects, the remaining amount will be refunded. However, if the cancellation is requested by the permit holder or due to adverse impacts on the surrounding environment or traffic flow, no refund will be made.
• You must pay additional fees to instal signage and mark parking spaces in accordance with Parkin’s procedures.
• Your employees must wear the company uniform with the company name clearly visible, as stated in your trade licence.
• You must provide a visible contact number for complaints and suggestions on site. 
• If the agreement between you and the facility benefiting from your services is cancelled, contact Parkin to amend your permit details. 
• Requests for multistorey parking services are evaluated based on the category of the parking spaces surrounding the building.
• Valet parking isn't allowed in spaces previously reserved for the establishment. A new reservation must be made for other parking spaces to carry out this activity exclusively.
• You must pay insurance to cover public property damage repair or removal costs if requested by Parkin and at the department's discretion.
• You may be required by the relevant department to submit a letter of undertaking to stop the activity and remove the equipment if requested by Parkin or other service providers, and to allow service providers to carry out their activities in the affected areas if necessary and to maintain the existing infrastructure assets. 
• If you don't pay the fees within 14 days, the application will be automatically cancelled.
• Parking in unauthorised areas is subject to fines.
• You must comply with the terms and conditions included in the reservation card.
