1. Trade license issued by the Department of Economy and Tourism for the courier company, specifying the relevant activity to be carried out

    

• You can reserve up to 2 parking spaces in front of the shop.
• Ensure traffic isn't disrupted.
• You can use reserved parking spaces only for loading and unloading packages. You can't use them for any other activity.
• Parking spaces must be directly across or adjacent to the front of your shop.
• It's prohibited to damage or destroy the public parking and its equipment.
• Provide this service using equipped vehicles approved by the Vehicles Licensing Department and fitting the parking dimensions.
• Parkin may cancel or amend the details and conditions of your permit if there are adverse effects on the surrounding environment, traffic flow, or due to infrastructure works in Dubai.
• If you don't wish to renew the permit, you must cancel it through the Parkin website or app to remove the signs and ground markings and avoid fines.
• If the permit is cancelled due to public projects, the remaining amount will be refunded. However, if the cancellation is requested by the permit holder or due to adverse impacts on the surrounding environment or traffic flow, no refund will be made.
• You must pay insurance to cover public property damage repair or removal costs if requested by Parkin and at the department's discretion.
• If you don't pay the fees within 14 days, the application will be automatically cancelled.
• Make sure you don't block or obstruct the access of the authorities concerned to their infrastructure facilities and assets, such as inspection chambers, signs, and control devices.
• You must comply with the terms and conditions included in the reservation card.
